SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF REGENTS; ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

The board shall elect one of the members chairman; elect other officers as it deems necessary; and enact bylaws, rules, and regulations as it deems necessary for the successful management and operation of the system.
