A student who participates in the P-TECH program while enrolled in a school district or at an open-enrollment charter school is entitled to immunity in the same manner as a professional employee of a school district under Subchapter B, Chapter 22, or as an employee of an open-enrollment charter school under Section 12.1056, as applicable.
