SUBCHAPTER D. REGIONAL DAY SCHOOLS FOR THE DEAF

The director of services shall develop and administer a comprehensive statewide plan for educational services for students who are deaf or hard of hearing and receive special education and related services through a regional day school program for the deaf. The plan shall be included as part of the comprehensive statewide plan under Section 30.002.
