Tex. Education Code § 38.054: CATEGORIES OF SERVICES.

The permissible categories of services are:

(1) family and home support;

(2) physical health care, including immunizations;

(3) dental health care;

(4) health education;

(5) preventive health strategies;

(6) treatment for mental health conditions; and

(7) treatment for substance abuse.
