SUBCHAPTER M. HIGH SCHOOL COMPLETION AND SUCCESS INITIATIVE

A school district or campus is eligible to participate in programs under Sections 29.095 and 29.096 if the district or campus exhibited during each of the three preceding school years characteristics that strongly correlate with high dropout rates.
