CHAPTER 49. OPTIONS FOR LOCAL REVENUE LEVELS IN EXCESS OF ENTITLEMENT
SUBCHAPTER H. CONSOLIDATION BY COMMISSIONER

If the commissioner is required under Section 49.004 to order the consolidation of districts, the consolidation is governed by this subchapter. The commissioner's order shall be effective on a date determined by the commissioner, but not later than the earliest practicable date after November 8.
