SUBCHAPTER F-1. TEXAS SUCCESS INITIATIVE

An institution of higher education that administers an assessment instrument to students under this subchapter shall report to each school district from which assessed students graduated high school all available information regarding student scores and performance on the assessment instrument and student demographics.
