SUBCHAPTER N. PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN COMMUNITY/JUNIOR COLLEGES AND OTHER INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

A participating community/junior college must continue to provide programs and services enumerated in Section 130.003(e). The role and scope of the other participating institution of higher education are subject to approval by the coordinating board.
