Tex. Education Code § 56.223: ELIGIBILITY.

To be eligible for an award under the program, a student must:

(1) be a resident of this state as determined by coordinating board rules;

(2) have graduated early from high school under the Texas First Early High School Completion Program established under Section 28.0253; and

(3) comply with Section 28.0256.
