SUBCHAPTER L. STUDENT ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

A general academic teaching institution shall provide financial assistance under this subchapter through scholarships based on leadership, financial need, and academic achievement and through an internship program.
