SUBCHAPTER R. SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS GRADUATING IN TOP 10 PERCENT OF HIGH SCHOOL CLASS

In this subchapter:

(1) "Coordinating board" means the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board.

(2) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003.

(3) "Program" means the scholarship program authorized by this subchapter.
