SUBCHAPTER D. CANDIDATE IN ELECTION OTHER THAN GENERAL ELECTION FOR STATE AND COUNTY OFFICERS

If a runoff candidate withdraws, the remaining candidate is considered to be elected and the runoff election for that office is not held.
