SUBCHAPTER B. COURT-ORDERED ELECTION FOLLOWING JUDGMENT OF VOID ELECTION

Except as otherwise provided by this subchapter, the candidates in a new election ordered by a court in an election contest are the same candidates who were in the contested election.
