SUBCHAPTER B. PUBLISHING NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT

On receipt of an approved affidavit of publication from the secretary of state, the comptroller of public accounts shall issue a warrant payable to the contractor in the amount specified by the secretary.
