CHAPTER 501. LOCAL OPTION ELECTIONS ON SALE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
SUBCHAPTER D. PROCEDURE FOLLOWING ELECTION

Not later than the third day after the date the result of a local option election has been declared, the county clerk shall certify the result to the secretary of state and the commission. The clerk may not charge a fee for this service.
