CHAPTER 305. QUALIFICATION OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES
SUBCHAPTER B. OATHS OR DECLARATIONS

An oath or declaration shall be:

(1) filed with the clerk of the court granting the letters testamentary or of administration, as applicable; and

(2) recorded in the judge's probate docket.
