SUBCHAPTER G. PROCEEDING TO ADJUDICATE PARENTAGE

(a) A civil proceeding may be maintained to adjudicate the parentage of a child.

(b) The proceeding is governed by the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, except as provided by Chapter 233.
