SUBCHAPTER G. PROCEEDING TO ADJUDICATE PARENTAGE

The following individuals must be joined as parties in a proceeding to adjudicate parentage:

(1) the mother of the child; and

(2) a man whose paternity of the child is to be adjudicated.
