Tex. Finance Code § 181.105: COST OF REGULATION.

Each state trust company shall pay, through the imposition and collection of fees established by the finance commission under Section 181.003(a)(4):

(1) the cost of examination;

(2) the equitable or proportionate cost of maintenance and operation of the department; and

(3) the cost of enforcement of this subtitle.
