SUBCHAPTER B. ORGANIZATION OF CORPORATION

(a) The board shall exercise the powers and manage the business and affairs of the corporation.

(b) The board consists of:

(1) the members of the Finance Commission of Texas; and

(2) six members elected by the member associations at an annual meeting.
