Tex. Finance Code § 371.067: CONTENTS AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) A license must state:

(1) the name of the pawnbroker; and

(2) the address at which the business is to be conducted.

(b) A pawnbroker shall display a license at the place of business provided on the license.
