Tex. Finance Code § 92.154: OFFICERS.

(a) The officers of a savings bank are:

(1) a president;

(2) one or more vice presidents;

(3) a secretary; and

(4) other officers prescribed by the bylaws.

(b) The board elects the officers by a majority vote.

(c) The managing officer must be a director.
