CHAPTER 1401. BONDS FOR CERTAIN CRIMINAL JUSTICE, MENTAL HEALTH, OR INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY FACILITIES
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The authority may not issue or sell a bond under this chapter for a project unless the legislature has authorized the specific project by:

(1) this chapter;

(2) the General Appropriations Act; or

(3) Chapter 1232.
