CHAPTER 1432. BONDS FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT SPORTS CENTERS

The acquisition, construction, improvement, enlargement, equipment, operation, and maintenance of a facility authorized by this chapter is a public purpose and a proper function of a local government.
