SUBCHAPTER C. REFINANCING ROAD DISTRICT BONDS THROUGH ASSESSMENTS

Bonds or certificates issued under this subchapter must be secured by a pledge of all or part of the money received by the road district from an assessment made against all taxable real property in the district under this subchapter.
