SUBCHAPTER C. REFINANCING ROAD DISTRICT BONDS THROUGH ASSESSMENTS

For purposes of a title insurance policy issued under Title 11, Insurance Code, an assessment under this subchapter and any interest on or expenses or attorney's fees related to the assessment are considered taxes.
