CHAPTER 1473. OBLIGATIONS FOR COUNTY BUILDINGS
SUBCHAPTER A. BONDS FOR PUBLIC LIBRARIES

The commissioners court shall provide for the payment of the principal of and interest on bonds issued under this subchapter by pledging all or part of the revenue derived from:

(1) the operation of the library building; or

(2) the lease of space in the library building.
