SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS FOR PARKING FACILITIES

The commissioners court of a county may construct, enlarge, furnish, equip, or operate a parking facility in the vicinity of any county-owned facility or building if the court finds the action to be in the best interest of the county and the county's residents.
