SUBCHAPTER G. BONDS FOR WORKHOUSES AND FARMS IN COUNTIES WITH A POPULATION OF MORE THAN 1.5 MILLION

(a) The commissioners court may issue bonds under this subchapter only if more than a majority of the qualified voters voting at an election held for that purpose approve the bonds.

(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to refunding bonds.
