SUBCHAPTER I. BONDS FOR AUDITORIUM OR COLISEUM PARKING FACILITIES IN COUNTIES WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN ONE MILLION

The commissioners court of the county may construct, enlarge, furnish, equip, and operate a parking facility in the vicinity of a coliseum or auditorium if the court finds the action to be in the best interest of the county and the county's residents.
