SUBCHAPTER G. REVENUE BONDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO ATTRACT VISITORS OR TOURISTS IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

The commissioners court of the county by order may issue revenue bonds to provide all or part of the money to establish, acquire, construct, improve, enlarge, equip, or repair a facility described by Section 1477.302.
