CHAPTER 1477. OBLIGATIONS FOR OTHER COUNTY PURPOSES
SUBCHAPTER G. REVENUE BONDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO ATTRACT VISITORS OR TOURISTS IN CERTAIN COUNTIES

A bond issued under this subchapter must be:

(1) signed by the county judge; and

(2) countersigned by the county clerk.
