CHAPTER 1501. OBLIGATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL UTILITIES
SUBCHAPTER F. ALTERNATIVE WATER SUPPLY FINANCING PROCEDURE FOR MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN 275,000

A bond issued under this subchapter must be signed by:

(1) the mayor; and

(2) another designated officer of the municipality.
