SUBCHAPTER B. BONDS AND WARRANTS FOR AIRPORTS IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN 40,000

In any action brought to enforce the collection of warrants issued under this subchapter that have been approved by the attorney general and registered by the comptroller, the certificate of the attorney general or a certified copy of the certificate shall be admitted as evidence of the validity of the warrants and the coupons attached to the warrants.
