SUBCHAPTER E. ADDITIONAL POWERS OF MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF 1.9 MILLION OR MORE

An expenditure of or agreement to spend bond proceeds covered by this subchapter for the construction of a building, improvement, or facility must be conditioned on the payment of not less than the rate of per diem wages for work of a similar character in the municipality as determined by the governing body of the municipality under Chapter 2258.
