CHAPTER 1504. OBLIGATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL BUILDINGS
SUBCHAPTER A. REVENUE BONDS FOR CERTAIN FACILITIES

Subject to any limitation contained in any previous pledge, the governing body of the municipality may, in addition to pledging the revenue from a facility, give a lien on all or part of the physical property of the facility acquired with the proceeds of bonds issued under this subchapter.
