SUBCHAPTER A. BONDS FOR HARBOR IMPROVEMENTS IN MUNICIPALITIES BORDERING GULF OF MEXICO

A municipality may sell any available bonds not needed for the purpose for which the bonds were issued to improve or aid the improvement of a harbor of the municipality or a bar at the entrance of the harbor.
