SUBCHAPTER A. REVENUE BONDS FOR PARKING FACILITIES IN HOME-RULE MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF LESS THAN 60,000

A bond issued under this subchapter must be signed by the mayor of the municipality and countersigned by the secretary of the municipality.
