SUBCHAPTER C. REVENUE BONDS FOR PARKING IMPROVEMENTS IN CERTAIN COASTAL MUNICIPALITIES

Subject to any limitation contained in any previous pledge, the governing body of a municipality may, in addition to pledging the revenue from a parking improvement, give a lien on all or part of the physical property acquired with the proceeds from the sale of bonds issued under this subchapter.
