SUBCHAPTER E. NOTES TO FUND OR REFUND GENERAL OPERATING EXPENSES IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH A POPULATION OF 35,000 TO 45,000

If the issuance of the notes is authorized at the election, the governing body of the municipality may pass ordinances and resolutions for the issuance of the notes.
