SUBCHAPTER C. OBLIGATIONS FOR HEALTH AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF 5,000 OR MORE

A municipality may secure the payment of funds for a purchase under this subchapter with an instrument of pledge or mortgage as desired by the municipality.
