  5. SUBCHAPTER D. BONDS FOR PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF 1.9 MILLION OR MORE

When bonds are issued under this subchapter, to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between this subchapter and another law or a charter provision of a home-rule municipality, this subchapter controls.
