SUBCHAPTER E. CERTIFICATES OF INDEBTEDNESS FOR SEA LIFE PARK AND OCEANARIUM

When any certificates of indebtedness are being issued or any act or contract is undertaken under this subchapter, to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between this subchapter and another law applicable to the municipality, this subchapter controls.
