SUBCHAPTER C. BONDS FOR FARMERS' MARKETS IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN 1.1 MILLION

A municipality may sell bonds issued under this subchapter in the manner and under the terms provided by the ordinance authorizing the issuance of the bonds.
