SUBCHAPTER C. BONDS FOR FARMERS' MARKETS IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN 1.1 MILLION

The acquisition, construction, improvement, enlargement, equipment, operation, or maintenance of property or a facility for providing a farmers' market is a public purpose and a proper municipal function.
