SUBCHAPTER D. BONDS FOR GARBAGE RECLAMATION PROJECTS

A bond issued under this subchapter, any transaction related to the bond, and profits made in the sale of the bond are exempt from taxation by this state or by a municipality or other political subdivision of this state.
