SUBCHAPTER E. BONDS FOR ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY BY MUNICIPALITY OPERATING TOLL BRIDGE OVER RIO GRANDE

The municipality may lease or rent to the United States any property or facility acquired, constructed, improved, enlarged, or equipped in whole or in part with proceeds from the sale of bonds issued under this subchapter.
