- SUBCHAPTER H. PROHIBITED PRACTICES AND ENFORCEMENT
(a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly possesses a certificate of program completion or a certificate number that the person is not authorized to possess under this chapter.
(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.
