SUBCHAPTER E. STRATEGIC AND OPERATING PLANS; INFORMATION RESOURCES DEPLOYMENT REVIEW

Each state agency shall send a copy of its biennial operating plan and of any amendments to the plan, as approved by the Legislative Budget Board, to the governor and the state auditor not later than the 30th day after the date the Legislative Budget Board approves the plan or amendment, as applicable.
