A volunteer who in good faith provides professional services in response to a cybersecurity incident is not liable for civil damages as a result of the volunteer's acts or omissions in providing the services, except for wilful and wanton misconduct. This immunity is limited to services provided during the time of deployment for a cybersecurity incident.
